The Scout Motto

The skills you learn in Scouting will help you live up to the Scout motto. Because you know first aid, you will be prepared if someone gets hurt. Because you have practiced lifesaving skills, you might be able to save a nonswimmer struggling in deep water. Whenever leadership is needed, you will understand what to do.
